Wed. January 30th, 11am-1pm:Whole Grains Made Easy-learn the basics of cooking with gluten free whole grains

All classes include recipes, tasty samples, food preparation demonstrations, and Q&A with instructor Chef Rachel Carr.

Saturday classes are held from 10am-Noon in the Six Main dining room. Wednesday classes are usually held in the Six Main kitchen.
